I have a web site that's over 300+. I'm thinking of using libraries or snippets or server-side includes. in Dreamweaver. Which one would be more effective?

    Why pick just one?

Snippets aren't really a "method", but combining includes with libraries is the proper way.

Well, I tend to include a library for functions that go back to a database. Include files for anything relatively static that doesn't change like copyright, ad scripts, etc...but then, those includes might also be referencing what's in my library of functions.

In short, if it's a function/procedure/method/etc it goes in a library. If it's something that will be displayed in the page, it's an include, that may in fact use other includes, and functions from the library...

...in short, use whatever works for you.
