I have:

1x Laptop Running Windows 7 Home Premium

Problem:
I want to put the Home premium windows 7 on my netbook but i dont know if the licence will deactivate when i install vista on my laptop and take 7 off.

The OS you have will be linked to the computer. Major sellers put an OS on that will not run anywhere but where they put it- part of the price of getting it cheaper. The OS will be told what hardware to find and if its not there, it will not work. Sorry but thats the way thy do it :)

No, we're not wrong. What you did was illegal. Your car is probably capable of traveling over the speed limit. Doing so is still illegal.
