I know this is a common problem but I need help. I am trying to connect to the internet with my wireless laptop. It is the only computer on my network. I can connect to the network but not the internet. I have read other posts and what worked for other people. So, here is my IPCONFIG/ALL info.

You got a good IP configuration from the router. Open a Command prompt and try these pings. You can show the results the same way you showed the ipconfig /all

    ping 192.168.2.2
    ping 192.168.2.1
    ping 206.190.60.37
    ping yahoo.com

You did the pings correctly. I don't know why the pings to 192.168.2.2 failed; maybe your IP address changed from when you did the ipconfig /all or maybe there is a firewall issue.

The other pings show that you can communicate with the router, have internet access, and DNS is working.

If you are still having some kind of problem, exactly what is it? If one or more applications are being blocked from internet access that would almost definitely be because of a 3rd party firewall (security suite).
