there is a list of info I have downloaded off the internet, each downloaded sheet is seperated by date. I am trying to create a formula to calculate an average from the first date and then the next cell calculate the data from the next date and so on. Is there an easy way to do this? any VB code?

Can you ZIP and post a sample of your downloaded data? It's sorta hard to understand what you are wanting to do without seeing it.
