I am trying to access a page on one of our computers. We log in to the webpage fine and then try to click on a link on the page. On the computer in question, the welcome page that you see after logging in reloads after clicking the link, instead of the page that should have opened. I have tried accessing it from another computer and it works fine so it is not a problem with the page. The only thing I can see is that the link has index.jsp in it but then so does the welcome page after you log in. I tried reinstalling java but it did not help. Does anyone have any suggestions for a jsp link that simply reloads the page you are on instead of taking you to the new page? Thanks!

Hiya

I've moved this to Web and Email for more response :)

Are you still having this problem? If so, lets try a few things first of all.

Go to Control Panel | Internet Options. General tab. Under Delete files, delete offline content.
Advanced tab, and scroll down to Security. Tick Empty Tempory Internet files...Apply and OK.

Alos, for that pc, go to http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please copy & paste its contents to the forum.

It will possibly show other issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.

Regards
