links won't open

    internet explorer problem just started today. Links won't open. When reading a post on any message boards that have a link in them when I click on them a blank window opens but it just stalls and I have to exit. I can copy and paste it in the address bar to get there but just clicking the link won't work. Iclick the link and a new window opens but it just frames the previous one and stalls. I can see the previous window still.
