I picked up the Linksys Etherrast Cable/DSL firewall router to go online with my PC and Ps2.
I plugged everything in and went to access the router setup via the address that the manual provides. as soon as i opened IE it connected to the net no problem. (yay) but when I typed in the address I keep on getting a gateway timeout. *edit* I have solved that probelm)
BUT
I tried to go online with my PS2 and no luck. I deleted and remade the PS2 network file and everything. But it's still not passing the network connection test.
I tried swapping cables on the router (pluggin my PC into the PS2 slot and vica versa) PC works, but PS2 wont connect. but when I go PS2 to modem it still connects fine.
Where do I go from here?
Please help.

i forgot to mention that I am using normal ethernet cables, not crossovers. should i be using that for PS2 to router?
I have no clue as I'm very new at this.
