(Ha, while posting this I got a blue screen of death.)

Basically, we just got a new network connection and it's much faster. However, on my PC, I had a problem with my antenna on the card so I changed it. I installed a WMP54G into my PC. I am running windows 7 64-bit. I got the drivers and ralink fix for the network controller, all of that. However, my connection is ridiculously slow / sometimes doesn't even work while the connection on any other computer is fast. I don't know what to do. Nothing in the device manager says it has a problem. The only thing I have noticed is on my ralink icon, it's black and red and says "IEEE802.11 WLAN Not exist" and it won't open when I click it. I'm sooo lost. I've googled that "IEEE802.11 WLAN Not exist" and it says I'm supposed to do what I've already done. I am so lost. Any tips? Thanks

I'm quite confused. What does "the drivers and ralink fix for the network controller" have to do with the Linksys adapter?

What driver do you have installed for the Linksys? The best is the latest on the Linksys web site.

Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.

    Type the following command:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

For the Linksys Wireless-G PCI Adapter:

    "Driver Version 3.1.0.0
    C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\RT2500.sys"

For the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller:
    "Driver Version 7.61.612.2012
    C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
    C:\Windows\system32\RtNicProp64.dll
    C:\Windows\system32\RTNUninst64.dll"

    And now for the ipconfig:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
