Linksys WRT110 question

    i was looking under the network map/ list and notice its showing my printers. i dont have them hooked up for wireless. and was wondering if this is normal? and if i can turn them off in the router? with out loosing the use of the printers?

    are you sharing them on your computer? if so, i believe the router is just showing everything on the network.

    no im not sharing them. i only use them on my pc. my pc is hardwired to the router. and i have another pc on wireless

    try unplugging the printers and see if they still show up on the network. they don't have to be hooked up wirelessly in order for the router to not see them. if they're plugged in to a computer on the network, your router could very well see them.
