I'm not able to access the config page (192.168.1.1), but for some reason, I can still use the internet behind the router. Also, The power light is blinking in even intervals. Help me out, please.

Can you execute "ipconfig /all" in a command shell/DOS box and post the results please? Also in a DOS box what happens when you run "telnet 192.168.1.1 80" and hit return a few times?

The problem seems to be that your PC (68.32.237.28/255.255.255.0) is on a different subnet to the router (192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0?). Are you sure that your router is not configured with an IP address other than the default 192.168.1.1? If it is definitely 192.168.1.1 then you will need to manually configure your network connection temporarily to be on the same subnet (e.g. 192.168.1.2) in order to contact the router's configuration app. Do you know where the DHCP server (68.87.64.10) is and why you're not using the router's DHCP server for machines on your LAN?

Are you sure that you don't have the broadband modem plugged into the LAN port instead of the WAN port? This looks like you are basically using the router as a 4-port switch, and not really using the routing capability. There is no way that IP address works through the Linksys router any other way.
