Hi, I really an new and fussed up.

I have the Linksys BEFW11S4 and it's 192.168.1.2 I can ping it but can't get into it because I've lost the username and password (it was a friends).

The Windoz "My Networks" shows the Local Area Network as connected and firewalled (SP2) 192.168.1.1

This is wirelessly connectec to an IOgear wireless USB dongle 192.168.1.90 and has it's gateway and pref DNS as 192.168.1.1 .... all works fine. Even though the icon on this computer shows wireless connection and the one with the router shows Local Area Network (Marvel Yukon Gigabit).

My internet is dialup and is shared and working properly.

PROBLEM: I just got a PalmOne Wifi SDIO card and it sees the SSID but has NO SIGNAL. I checked their website followed the instructions and no fix. I think I must have my set up configured wrong... even though it's working with the USB dongle???

I have no clue what to do. Please Help :)

I got into my Linksys by resetting for 30 seconds... but I don't know what to do

I my problem, I think, is that the Local Area Connection doesn't think it is a wireless connection.
