You need to go online and run a virus scan. It looks like you have an infection, possibly more than one.

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSLTI32.EXE

This is usually an IRC Trojan of some type.

If I were you, I would head to the following site and download their SYSCLEAN Package to clean your system.

    http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp

After you do that, download their newest definition file...

    http://www.trendmicro.com/download/pattern.asp

Put the SYSCLEAN.COM file into a folder on your C: drive, unzip the pattern file into that same directory and then double click SYSCLEAN.COM

That should get rid of some of your problems.

If you need more help, let me know. Also, I might be wrong, but I think you are infected.

    Tommy04:

Go to the spyware tools section at http://www.majorgeeks.com and download and install Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3 and Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.03. Once you've done that, run their update function and get them up-to-date with the latest files. Once you've done that, run a scan with Spybot and delete everything in "red" that it finds, reboot, run a scan with Ad-Aware and delete EVERYTHING that it finds, then reboot again.

You've got too many programs loading during startup and running in the background. You need to trim down that startup load. Read here.

Update HijackThis. The current version is 1.98.2.
