I live in the Island of Trinidad & Tobago and my Employer is in the United States of America. I get a lot of slow and delayed down time as well as some sites I am unable to reach. I will also make mention that my American counterpart has no issues logging into the sites that I have problems with. So can you please assist me or forward me to the correct forum

I've split your post off into a thread of your own. Please do not post for assistance on someone else's thread as it's too difficult to help more than one person at a time.

    First Name:
Do you know if that's an issue with your cabling or equipment (modem, router, etc.) or with your ISP's service?

Because the IP address is unknown or because accessing the sites just "times out"?

In addition to the above questions, please check what other networking applications you have. Maybe they are using your bandwidth.

Also are you running bittorrent? If bittorrent is doing a lot of uploading, then it also affects downloading of web pages, because your browser cannot 'upload' the web page request to the site.
