Bought a new Toshiba satellite 2 day's ago. Put cd in and it won't play and i can't even find the cd rom in my computer. New to vista so i have no idea what to do. I went into the device manager and it showing the yellow exclamation point and this is what it says:

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

I tried to just update it but that doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Is the machine capable of getting on line? Have you tried to get to Toshiba's web site?
