I have Windows XP 64-Bit. I keep getting the error "Load needed DLLs for kernel" when attempting to start up. I'm able to fix the problem with a repair installation of Windows, but after restarting Windows a few times, the error returns and I'm unable to startup Windows until I perform another repair installation.

    Things I have tried:
    -ran ChkDsk (no errors found)
-ran SFC /scannow to replace any missing files using the Windows CD, did not prevent error from happening again

Have not tried reformatting, would like to avoid that if possible.

    Thanks in advance!
