Are there other admin accounts that can log in and look at the rights and privledges of the Citrix Admin?

I will guess that this is not part of a domain and the domain admin would not have access, so my only thought is that if you remember the original admin password, you can do a repair install and reset everything to the last saved configuration which should be right after install (that is if this is NT4, w2k may not work the same with respect to repairs). Not that this helps now, but it is why it is recommended to never use the local admin account for anything but priviledge use when needed. Always create accounts for everything else seperate, even if they need admin rights. Can you describe the events that led to not having the rights on the account?

that is what we have done... we dont use the local admin account... we have set up other user names to do so with the ADMIN rights... when this happened, we checked out the LOCAL ADMIN account and that one couldnt see it either... That is why this whole thing is ODD....

We are setup on a DOMAIN and I am part of the DOMAIN ADMIN Group...
