Local Area Connection Icon Problem

    Well i have little problem with Local Area Connection System tray icon (where is clock etc...) on startup it wont show up for 5 min. and b4 it shows up comes error "No Firewall On" or something like that and after its gone comes Intrnet icon and firewall is back on. (b4 it there is no network)
