local chmod

    I'm running a home webserver with WAMP5. There is no FTP access. How do I CHMOD files?

    You don't really CHMOD files on a Windows Box.

    To do the equivalent of a Unix/Linux chmod on a Window computer, right-click properties on a file and access the Security tab (as Admin) to change the access. priviledges.

    Its as close as you'll come to doing chmod on Windows. Also, look into group edits for security and priviledge access.
