Every time I switch on, this notice appears.
Localizer.dll::Localizer. Can I prevent this happening?

That file is probably related to a program called PC Doctor, but could be under another name. It is a component of an Optimizing program which I would recommend you uninstall and never use anything like it again. Optimizer programs are a waste of time and money and we often see reports of them causing problems.

If you need further assistance tracking it down then please go Here and follow the instructions to run DDS, then Copy and Paste both the logs into your next reply. You need not run HJT or GMER.

Thanks. I do not have PC doctor on my computer but may well have used it in the past. The full notice I get is An error has occurred while loading library Localizer.dll::Localizer - it may have been removed - pse reinstate the application (don't know how!).
Not sure I have the expertise to do what you suggest. If there is simpler advice, that would be great.

Best thing we can do is look for the file in a DDS log and/or search for related registry keys.

We will start as I asked above, please post the DDS logs.

I have to admit that I do not know what a DDS log is - sorry. If you could advise how to comply, I would be grateful.
