log on problem

    hi i have a windows 98 and when i try to log on the window don't detect my hard drive. then when i ty to use my boot disk it would work because windows can't detect my hard drive. what can i do?

    Hi and welcome....what do you mean when you say 'log on' ?

    Do you get as far as the desktop?
