I cannot do a few things that require admin rights but I the account I'm using is an admin account. I made a new account and gave it all privileges, admin, backup operations, helpservicesgroup, network configuration operations and replicator but even with all those rights this user can't get windows updates.

This is where I noticed the trouble, I wanted to go to windows updates and it gave me this error:
    Any ideas?

Thanks, but I read that and nothing helped.
Method 1, I am an adminstrator.
    Method 2 did nothing.
The problem is actually deeper than just getting wingows updates, even though I'm logged on as admin, I do not have admin rights anywhere in windows.
