I am trying to sign-in to my bank account. I enter my user ID and click continue. This is where I am suppose to enter my password, but the page is flashing and I can't continue. All help with this is greatly appreciated.

At the present time we are unable to assist with anything to do with Passwords for anything, basically because of the fact that we can not determine the ownership of the computer and the fact that this is a security matter. Please read the Tech Support Guy rules below:

I doubt this is a password problem that comes under TSG rules but quite likely a fault at the bank end

My first inclination would be to check with the bank whether there is a fault at their end and if their end is all ok then check your computer for viruses or spyware in case you are being diverted to a fake site

check that you haven't got Java or javascript turned off or blocked as many bank sites require them

the other possibilty is turn off your pop up blocker

Edit:

the other possibility is one of the recent Windows updates might have increased the security level & if the bank's SSL certificate is not being read properly then the browser is refusing to go to the log in page
