login screen

i was messing around with styleXP and i changed the login screen. now whenever i try and login it gives me an error message before displaying the login screen. ... i just forgot what the error message says but something along the lines of error parsing line 14 or something i dunno. i had to load up using a linux live cd, so i can modify files and all that.

yeah sorry bout that but im trying to delete the msgina.dll file and replace it and im hoping that works

[email protected][system32]# sudo rm '/mnt/hda1/WINDOWS/system32/msgina.dll' -f
rm: cannot remove `/mnt/hda1/WINDOWS/system32/msgina.dll': Read-only file system

anyone know anything about linux and how to delete that?

What makes you think that file has a problem?

the file that controlls the login screen is the msgina.dll file and im hoping that if i replace it all will be good

if you think thats the problem go in safe mode and login with administrator then just delete it

wont boot in safe mode
