Hello! I unistalled a hamachi1 version and I wanted to install it again (hamachi2) and I get some errors.

LogMeIn Hamachi version [PREVIOUSVERSION] has been detected on your computer. Would you like to proceed with an update?

Hi sebistrong,

In your cae, i think you didn't uninstall the previous version completely.
You can use the third party program uninstaller to uninstall the program, like Revo Uninstaller. You can download it from this link:
http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html

To uninstall the program by this tool, please follow this method:
1. Install Revo Uninstaller and run it, Revo Uninstaller will scan all of installed programs and components for both the current and all users, please select the program then click "Uninstall".
2. In the popup dialog "Uninstaller", please click "yes".
3. Select "Moderate" and click "Next".
4. At the step "Found Leftover Registry items", please select and delete all, then click "Next".
5. At the step "Found leftover files and folders", please select all and delete, then click "Next".
6. After that, please continue and finish the operation.

Good luck!

Thank you for the program. Is very useful. But in the list wasn't LogMeIn Hamachi or Hamachi.
Any other ideas?

Hi,

After you tried the s/w, could you load the program installation normally?

In addtion, you can enter safemode to have a try.

Hi,

You said you removed the registry, did you do that like this:
Remove all registry entries associated with Hamachi; start > run > type regedit > press Ctrl + F > tick all 3 boxes and type hamachi > delete the entry (by selecting it in the left pane) > press F3 to find the others... do this till you delete all Hamachi entries.

Maybe this solution can help you:

Have a sunny day!
