OK... here's a bit of a description of the hardware / software I'm dealing with...

    - Active Directory resides on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
    - Microsoft Exchange 2007 resides on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition

I'm not real strong with networking, so please bear with me, as I try to explain my situation.

We have users running Outlook 2007, 2003, 2000. Everyone is receiving their e-mails through Microsoft Exchange Server, not via POP3. Everything has been working fine.

Yesterday we had a power outage, and I was unable to shut the servers down before the UPS's depleted.

Now every user that is using Outlook 2000 is unable to get to their e-mail. When they start Outlook 2000 and they type their Username, Domain, and Password, they get the message, "The logon credentials supplied were incorrect. Make sure your username and domain are correct, then type your password again."

I have checked their accounts, and they are also able to log on to Outlook Web Access.

Does anyone know what the issue might be? I don't think i can get approval for upgrades right now, and the supervisors don't want the users to have to use Outlook web access.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
