logon problem

when I boot up my PC I get message WELCOME then widow opens with small icon and message USER LOCKED.
I then have to click on icon to access my home page
how to I delete this problem

Disregard the above link... if your account has been locked due to incorrect passwords being entered, you will need to contact the administrator and they can do an "unlock" function.

Ya. Didn't notice this was proprietary to software... Just searched the question and that popped up.
