Hello All
One of the programs that is used at work is LogTag. The computers that have it installed are running LogTag version 2.8, build 6. It had worked on a previous system, which was running Windows 7 64 bit, it worked fine. They had LogTag Administrator installed on the server, and things worked without issues. However, we've upgraded our system, and now trying to use Windows 10 64 bit, and the LogTag Administrator is being run on a desktop machine, as we don't have the option of putting it on the server.

Some days it runs fine, other days there are errors when check that system. The error that is most seen is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (Runtime Error!)". Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do to get rid of this issue?

Some of the things tried (but made no difference) - in no particular order:
- download/install the latest version of MS Visual C++
- checked for all updates on the current, company approved, version of LogTag
- regular restart of the desktop that is being used as the server/administrator (helps for the day it is restarted, but goes back to the issue within a day or two of the restart)

When we check the LogTag site, there appears to be a newer version, but it is still in beta, and would rather not go that new yet, as we are not sure if the issues we've been experiencing will be fixed. Once we go with the newer version, it needs to be validated.

Thank you for any thoughts as to what we can look at or try to resolve this issue. It has been going on for a few months. Would just like to be able to use the program as it was intended.

Thank you.
