Looking for a good gaming computer for around $550

    I see your point. Maybe i should give out some more info. Some newer games I would love to play are Dishonored, Assassin's Creed 3, Bioshock Infinite, and Borderlands 2. With that said do you have any recommendations for me?

    I'm not a hard-core gamer, so I'm not the person to address your question.

    The games you want to play should list what their recommended system requirements are.

    Interested in building your own? We can recommend some excellent parts for you and its fairly simple to do. I would recommend it

    I thought about it however I'm afraid that i might screw it up beyond repair, but i think i could give it a try. Is it much cheaper to do this way than to buy it?

    pretty much and you dont get all the useless OEM software you don't need. Would you like us to help you along with parts and the like?
