For awhile now I've been running 2 5200RPM Vantec Tornado fans in the back of my computer (Also 2 lower RPM fans on the top and side). Unfortunately because these fans are very loud I cannot use my microphone.

I've been looking to buy myself a nice LCD fan speed controller panel that can control at least 4 fans. Something similar to: http://www.amazon.com/AEROCOOL-5-25...ring-Retail/dp/B003F7B3VU/ref=pd_sim_sbs_pc_6

I would get that one but the reviews on it are not so good. For instance the temp readout has a 10° margin of error, the alarm temp is low (131°F) and cannot be changed. The fan speed controller's upper setting is actually low (I think I read around 1500RPM) while it's low setting is only 300RPM.

I've been searching for hours but cannot find one like I want. The temp accuracy I don't really care about since I have a program that gives me exact temps anyway but it would be nice to have a temp readout. But I would like one with a nice LCD display like that one but can actually set speeds properly and not have it's high be pretty low.

As far as price, I wanna keep the budget below $70.
