I'm so sick and tired of msi. seriously. I've just spent so much damn time screwing with this that I'm about to cry. I get a new radeon 9800 pro and start getting nailed up the tailpipe by MSIs crappy bios. then I install live update, update bios. then it says that my cmos is bad on startup. so I turn it off, flip the battery, turn it on, turn it off, and flip the battery back, thus resetting my cmos. alright. seems to work now. no agp errors. I mean, if any of you have input on the MSI kt6v board I would be more than happy to hear it. otherwise, I would rather get raped by a 300 pound inmate then to have this board for another day. problems from the very beginning with the stupid integrated nic. anyways, I just wanted to vent.

so, what would you do? I've heard good things about gigabyte. I guess that abit is kinda losing it's luster, and msi is crap, so what would you choose? I want something for under $200. I've been browsing new egg, but haven't been able to make up my mind.

sorry if you read all that.

I'm gonna go cuddle up to a bottle of everclear and read some hitchikers guide and empathize with my man Marvin.

    Dethwish,

Assuming your motherboard is faulty - yet no longer covered by the warranty ... you might like to read reviews on any that catch your eye here :

Simply click the year hotlinks to the right of the page then search for what you want.
