Need your opinion of good and best dianostic tools available. I've searched and exhausted all avenues that I know. I don't have any money to spend on new software. I wrecked my 'puter budget. All information on this subject will be much appreciated by me and others who read this thread. Also, I'd like to say that I am not asking for dishonest acquisitions or pirating of any copyrighted software. However, I can't tell you what you can nor cannot post either. Thank you.

Diagnostic Tools in XP Home look identical to that.

Start>>Control Panel>>System>>Hardware Tab click Device Manager.

I feel as if I just found the candy store. Thank you for the links. Y'all have been a great help. I've only been with Tech Support Guy for a few days and already I feel at home. The help and support I've gotten has been priceless to me. I can never thank you folks enough.
