I bought this build and it was total disaster for my brother, and some pieces where not working, so im scrapping it.

    I need help with building a new PC, here is the info!;

    My Budget: £300-£350
I don't want to go higher than this.

    I do not need:
    - Moniter
    - Case
    - Fans (not including CPU FAN)
    - SoundCard

I need help with buying the suitable pieces that will work perfectly together with no trouble for games such as, F.E.A.R, Counter-Strike, in low settings, doesnt matter if it looks ownage or not, just plays smoothy.

    I need advice on:
    - Any Processor
    - Motherboard
    - Hard Drive (40gb+)
    - Ram (512+)
    - PSU

    The GFX card I have is a Geforce 7300 LE 256MB PCI-E
If this is OK, I'llstick with it. If you know a better one for about £80 ish I'll change it
    :)

Many thanks to everyone who suggest.
Here are some sites I can buy from:

I am in England, so please try show me goods from England purchase places, if you know a cool place yourself, be happy to buy from there.

Many thanks to anybody who can help me set this up! If anyone needs website hosting (my own server) id be happy to host the person who i pick their setup for, or give you some money via paypal.

MSN: [email protected] (if you want to tell me there or suggest anything)

Thanks again. I will be away this weekend and I will check back at this on Sunday Night!
    (y)

Leeds, West Yorkshire. If they do delivery though, it would be good.

do you have any computer fairs in your area - if you get to know the sellers there are some really good genuine people there - i have found a couple in the south who got to the British Computer fairs - most of my family and friends buy from them now... but it took a little research to make sure they where OK.....

    doesnt really answer your question

    I'm in england too! Woot!

    I find these sites good:
www.aria.co.uk - fast delivery and excellent customer support
www.dabs.com - fast delivery and good customer support
www.ebuyer.com - delivery can be dodgy sometimes but cheap prices in general,
    www.misco.co.uk - no personal experience
