I've tried Quick Access and can't get it to work. I install it and make sure its running and it doesn't change the task manager display at all. I've also tried their process scanner which is supposed to give a report on running processes, it it fails to complete also. It gives me a message.

I just ran Process Scanner so I could give the exact message, and it worked. Quick Access still doesn't.
