im looking to get into sofware programmin and im going to start with basic, the move to C, C++ and see wher it goes from there. but i need a tutorial "starter kit" that has these programs and tutoring prgrams as well, like making pong and moving up to solitare, starting out with programs like pick a numer, or "hello world"

if anyone has a program that does this or programs, please post them here, please no spyware or trojans, ect. i really don't want to deal with them.

I doubt you will find an all inclusive package like that.
Your best bet is to Start by downloading Visual Studio Express.

Then read some of the article on the Coding 4 fun webpage.

I am sure several people will stop by and post other links and books you can get.

Check out these two links as well.

This is a beginners tutorial for Visual Studio.
