Lord of the rings game question?

I got the lord of the rings and when u first play u have three objectives..1. get bag end deed. 2. Sell bag end to lobella sackville. 3.Get the key to bag end....well i did 1 and 3 but number 2 i cannot figure out how to sell bag end to lobella sackville...if anybody has played the game and know's how to sell bag end to lobella sackvile please post it....thank you.

To sell bag end to Lobelia you must take the bridge to bywater and talk to her. Ring the bell after she asks you to then go back to Her and presto you have sold your house (Or actualy you have sold your Hobbit Hole)
