Losing frames in games (not previously happening)

Hi so this issue started about a week ago. At first once every hour for like a quick second or less. Just random frame rate loss. Here recently however it's been happening every few minutes. To the point now I don't have anything open but the single game I'm playing. Where before I was streaming, playing a game having a few others streams up a movie who knows. Just lots of video process running no issues.

I have gone through everything I knew to validate the issue and test out what I could figure out. Dropped graphics from "epic/high" on games down to low with no luck. Dropped frames from "unlimited/high" to 60 or even 30 with no change.

GPU sits at an avg. 45-60c throughout the whole time the pc is on.

I have gone in and confirmed all drivers have been updated.

Watching the performance stats of everything. The GPU during the game will hover around 90% on 3D the whole time then spike to 100% which matches the frame drop then return back to 90.

GPU memory roughly 8/24GB or less being used it most of my games.

If any additional information is needed. I'll get that added.

MSI just redirects back to geforce or nvidia to download drivers. I have downloaded and installed again. Forced a full reinstall.

No changes as of yet through current testing. Still loss of frames
every so often while playing games at all graphic settings.
