Losing internet connection

    Hard Drives: C: 448 GB (343 GB Free); D: 16 GB (1 GB Free);
    Motherboard: HP, 84D4
    Antivirus: Windows Defender, Disabled

    Did the laptop come with Windows 10 or was it updated from 7/8.1?

    Have you updated your network drivers ? Go to Control Panel > Device Manager . Find your network driver, right click and Update.

    LL, I updated all my network adapters and they all said, "Best driver is already installed."
    Thanks for your help.
