I have a problem with the internet, one minute I have a strong signal and two minutes later it either goes off or a warning tells me my signal is low. I sometimes use a dongle but it does not make any difference. My lap top is a Dell 600D and my internet provider is sky. I also have a problem with trying to download Adobe Flash Player it will not complete download. I am married and now retired from work, so now I am trying to learn about Computers, which keeps me occupied, love it. Val.;)

You might want to edit your Computer Specs to remove email address and other irrelevant stuff and add some computer specs. :)

How is your computer trying to connect to a network--wireless mobile, Wi-Fi, etc.? What OS?

I think his OS is Vista and he is using Wi-Fi.

    Help:

Before doing this, download the wireless drivers from the Dell website just in case the below doesn't work.
    1. Right click Computer and select Manage.
    2. Navigate to Device Manager.
    3. Go to Network Adaptors, right click your WiFi adapter and select Uninstall.
    4. If it asks you if you want to delete the device driver software, click the box and click Uninstall.
    5. Restart PC and let it reinstall the driver software.
    6. Connect to your Wireless Router.
    7. Hope you have internet access.
