Lost Admin rights...?

    I'm Using Win2kPro on an IBM PII laptop with 98MB of ram and a 30G hard drive. I am established as the administrator on this machine. The problem is this, I am unable to set up my machine to receive faxes, I can send, but not receive. I have gone into the "Fax Manager" to elect the option to receive but each time I do so I receive the following error message: "Access Denied".
    I've tried accessing the system administration options to reset the "permissions", reset the administrative name et al, nothing seems to be working for me. What am I doing wrong and can anyone help me out? I really need this function.

    Are you logged on with an account that is part of the Admen group?

    Does the issue occurs if you log on with a different account that is part of the Admin group?
