I am a basic first time user, and lost everything several weeks ago on my computer, Running Windows xp rebuilt the whole thing again from scratch. Downloaded netscape 7.2 as my email server, the free one and today not to lose all of my email addresses again, I put a blank CD in and sent what I entitled.....Address book and guess loaded it onto the CD. Then when I went online to check my mail netscape went back to new user etc. and when I set that up all of my mail and trash and sent and files were GONE. I have looked everywhere I can think of on the computer, and put the CD back in and sent the address book back to the sreen to open but it to is blank??????
I also went into system restore and set it back several days, but it still goes to netscape first time user.
Can anyone help me find my mail and mail files etc.
Thanks for any help and prompt responses.
