I accidentally deleted a windows feature but don't know which one. Since then I can't open any of my Word, Excel, PowerPoint or ITunes files. They are not visible when I open any of these programs. However, I can see them when I go to My Computer/My documents. When I click on a file I get the following msg: Item tht this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so shortcut will no longer open properly.

When I click on the ITunes icon the msg reads Action is only valid for products that are currently installed. I didn't delete the ITunes file. Help, please.

    Hi and welcome

Is it still in the Recycle Bin? If so, you can just restore the file.

Otherwise, maybe try a System Restore and roll the computer back to a few days ago, or even a day ago (obviously before the file was deleted)

Hi Cheeseball81. Sorry but I had already tried your suggestions. Unfortunately I deleted the file from the Recycle Bin. Still have the same problem. It affects all of my past documents but I can create new documents although I haven' been able to get into iTunes.
