Hi: :) I am running Windows XP Home with Internet Explorer Browser. When I click on a icon short cut to the internet on my desktop to open that web page I get a pop up box: Program not found. Type in the Excutable File to be used. Type in box has C:\ . How can I get my icons back to use as short cut to web page. Thanks.

Go back to the web page you want a shortcut for.
Then when there...right click on the page and select "create shortcut".
It will put the shortcut on your desktop.
Delete the one that is corrupt.
