What is the brand name and model name and exact model number and exact serial number of your laptop?

Load the Device Manager window, then expand the Network Adapters heading so the list of devices in it can be seen.
Submit a viewable image of that window.

What exactly did you do to your laptop before the connection issue occurred?

According to that serial number, you have THIS Lenovo Yoga 510-14ISK Machine Type Model 80S700EEAD Laptop
You should add and save this site in your browser favorites/bookmarks list so you can quickly refer to it when needed.

According to your image, your laptop has these wireless and ethernet devices.
The yellow triangle next to the wireless device means there's a problem with it.

Double-click each of those devices so its properties window can appear.
Click the "Driver" tab for each of those devices.
Submit an image of those windows.
Click the "Details" tab for each of those devices, then select "Hardware Ids" in the drop-down list.
Submit an image of those windows.

After you've submitted the 4 requested images and I've viewed them, I'll advise you further.

An amplifier does nothing for a wired connection.

Your third image shows the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller ethernet device has driver version 10.10.714.2016 which is dated July 14, 2016.
Your fourth image shows it has vendor code 10EC and device code 8168 - which identifies it as a Realtek RTL8168 ethernet device.
The current driver located for it is version 10.49.413.2021 which is dated May 19, 2021.

You should consider updating the driver for both the wireless and ethernet devices.
Doing that may resolve your connection issue.

No, if you don't use a wired ethernet connection and isn't concerned about having a current driver for the ethernet device.
how do I update my laptop adapters if I cant open my browser?
You will need to use a computer which has a working internet connection and can load a browser window.
After the driver is downloaded and saved, copy it to a USB thumb drive, then use that media to copy it to your laptop, then install the driver.

I have no idea what you're showing me in your partially visible image in post #12.

This is what the driver file for the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 wireless device looks like when you download and save it.

Capture.JPG

All you need to do is double-click it to start the install process.

From what I can see in your image, it looks like you extracted the contents of that executable file.

It's advising you the install of the wireless driver was successful. (y)

Close the box and then restart your laptop.
