Netscape was being a piece of crap and so I reinstalled it, and now my bookmarks are gone.

I decded that system restore was gonna help but it DIDN'T. Icons are back but Netscape is still in the reinstalled form. Glad it's working but now EVERYTHING is gone. Any help?

Well nothing on that link really helped. I just found out where the bookmarks resided, but they're still the NEW bookmarks, which have NOTHING in them.

I guess they're gone pretty much.

NOTE TO EVERYONE! YOU CAN save your bookmarks before you reinstall.

Did you look to see if you had other profiles.

    Profiles Folder Location for Netscape 7.x / Mozilla 1.x / Firefox0.x / Thunderbird0.x

Also look at the profile folder for a bookmarks.bak I think it is called.
Make a copy of it and then rename it to bookmarks-1.html and open it and see if all your bookmarks are there.
If they are then rename it again to bookmarks.html and you should get them back.
