    I lost my email password. How can I retrieve it?

    You're very light on specifics here. Do you have an email account with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, etc? If so, you need to contact the respective company and provide proof it's your account. If not, can you expand on which email system you're using?

    Who is your email account through? That would be the part after the @ sign so is it @gmail.com? @hotmail.com? @outlook.com?

    You probably cannot retrieve it unless you saved it somewhere. Most email services provide you with a way to "reset" your password and assign a new one. Go to their web mail login page.

    Your email password should be the same as your password if you were logging into verizon's website.

    If you still don't know that, go to https://www.verizon.com/home/myverizon/ and click Forgot your Info and go through that process.
