Your best option is to use system restore to a previous time before you removed the software, if you do not have the installation disc's.

Microsoft Word is not a driver. It's a word processing program. It has nothing to do with a printer.

If you have XP running on the computer go here to d/l, save then run from the following link.
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&os=228&product=83027
If you are using another operating system you can go to www.hp.com/support and enter your printer model and tick the driver download box then select the OS you need.
As to having deleted your software programs.....you will need to purchase them or replace with www.openoffice.com. It is compatible with Microsoft office programs and is free.
Let us know how it goes.

System restore will not restore programs that have been removed.

But this is a duplicate thread.

I thought it had been determined that no programs were removed but they were in fact drivers for a printer.

Please clarify if any programs were removed then what were they?

I've merged two threads together here and left the other one open to do with getting the printer working.

Please do not start any more threads for these two issues.
