I have lost all sound. No Windows sound, no program sounds, in fact no sound at all. Devices shows my RealteK installed and working. It shows the Nvidia programs as not installed which is incorrect. Nvidia should be the default Speakers work since they put out the hum when the speaker is plugged in. Every windows diagnostic that I know how to use shows that sound is there and working. The was moved from one room to another before this problem showed up.

So which audio are you using; the nvidia audio or realtek?
FWIW the onchip video on your processor is at least equal if not better than a nvidia 710. If it were me, I would yank the 710 out and use the amd video and realtek audio; up to you.
