I thought I was having a file association problem, but it seems to be a system extension problem. When I uninstalled Quicktime this message appeared: "Removing Quicktime system extensions can cause applications to malfunction. Click uninstall to remove the applications that came with Quicktime. Click uninstall everything to remove the system extensions as well (Not recommended)." Unfortunately, I didn't read this message too well, and I clicked uninstall everything. Now my cdr won't play or burn cd's. When I try to use Nero to burn a cd I get the message: "The Win ASPI file '?.?' can't be found, therefore you can currently select only image recorders. Please check for correct Windows ASPI Manager installation of your SCSI-Host Adapter Software. (Error 15: mismatched components!)"
Frankly, I haven't a clue as to how to fix this problem. Anyone have any ideas?

I tried reinstalling Nero, but I still get the same message. Nero then says I can only select an image recorder. Any suggestions?
