Hi heres the problem, old puter had two hard drives with microsoft office on. New puter has new hard drive with old drives slaved to it and the cd rom. The problem is we cant find the files that were saved in word on the old drives to transfer them across to the new drive. Any suggestions as to where to look, ie what folder does word store your documents in, other than my documents of course.
    Thanks in advance Atomic 666:confused:

How about going to Start > Find > Files or Folders. Enter "*.doc" (minus the quotes) in the "named" field, and select the drives you want to search in the "Look in" field.
