loud clicking noise from back of computer.

    :confused: hi my grandaughter switched my windows xp computer off without it being closed down first,since then every time i put it on i get a loud clicking noise from the back at the top,i think it is near or on the fan,i cant use it now does anyone know what it may be?please help.

    What do you mean by this?
    From this, I assume the problem PC is a desktop computer?

    If it is a desktop computer, try opening the panel on the side of the computer to narrow down just what the noise is coming from.
